A malt blend of pilsner, wheat, and vienna in the mash gives rise to a complex yet refined biscuit character. The hops used throughout the brew process includes Enigma, Summer and Sorachi Ace. Filtered clear from yeast the flavours are ever developing and evolving as you work your way through the glass. Initial Woody Vanilla characters hit the palette that start to evolve into Apricot, Tangerine and Rock Melon. Mint, Dill and Lemon round the flavour profile out, leaving a clean residual bitterness in the mouth.
