This brown ale has a rich aroma of chocolate and caramel, combined with tropical fruit and vanilla-pine derived from the hops. The initial chocolate malt flavour hits the palate and is followed through with a firm bitterness and hop characters. Flavours of citrus, pine, stone fruit and vanilla from the combination of late additions of hops in the brew process along with two generous doses of dry hopping in the maturation tanks. The creamy mouth feel from the use of nitrogen at keg filling enhances the flavours and increases the enjoyment in every sip. As you work your way through the glass you will find the flavours of imported malt and American hops is integrated beautifully to convince you that a second glass needs to be consumed.
